We proudly serve the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD) and Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD).
Below are the areas we cover:
- GVRD: Anmore, Belcarra, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley Township, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Surrey, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, West Vancouver, White Rock.
- FVRD: Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission.
Outlying Delivery Areas with Flat Rates:
For areas outside the GVRD and FVRD, we offer flat-rate delivery services:
- Bridal Falls, Agassiz: $350 (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Hope: $400 (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Lions Bay: $200 (Wednesday, Saturday)
- Squamish, Brackendale, Furry Creek: $350 (Wednesday, Saturday)
Delivery Rates
We offer two types of delivery:
- Threshold Delivery (Tue – Sat): This service brings your furniture only to the door of your home.
- In-Home Delivery: We bring the furniture inside and set it up for you and remove all packaging.
Our current rates (as of November 21, 2023) are:
- Chair & Chairside Table: $99.99 (Threshold) / $179.99 (In-Home) $119.99 (Tri-Cities only*)
- Sofa, Love Seat (2-5 pieces): $150.99 (Threshold) / $249.99 (In-Home)
- 6+ Pieces: $219.99 (Threshold) / $299.99 (In-Home)
- Exchange or Return Fees: $224.99 (Chair) / $319.99 (Sofa, Love Seat) / $375.99 (6+ pieces)
*For deliveries to the Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody), we offer a special In-Home rate of $119.99 for smaller items like chairs and tables, giving customers in these areas a more affordable option.
Additional Services
We also offer moving services inside your home at $49.99 per piece and disposal services (haul-away) for $159.99 per item.
Remote Delivery Process
For customers outside of our regular delivery range, you must hire and arrange your own delivery service.
Here’s how our remote delivery process works:
- We inspect the product before delivery.
- Our team takes pictures of the furniture before it leaves the warehouse, ensuring there is a record in case of damage during transit.
- If a courier is picking up your furniture, we package it securely to prevent damage.
- If you are picking up the furniture yourself, we’ll leave it open for inspection before wrapping and loading it.
- If furniture arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim with delivery company they hired. La-Z-Boy is not responsible for any damage from external courier companies.
This process is designed to minimize the need for customers to visit the warehouse for an in-person inspection.
Timed Delivery Option
Need your delivery at a specific time? We’ve got you covered. For an additional $240, you can schedule a timed delivery on top of the regular delivery charge. We ask for a time window of at least 2 hours, though we prefer a 4-hour window.
Here are two examples of how it works:
- Example 1: A customer schedules delivery of 1 chair between 1 pm and 3 pm. The total would be $179.99 (regular delivery) + $240 (timed delivery) = $419.99.
- Example 2: A customer wants 6+ pieces delivered before noon. The total would be $299.99 (regular delivery) + $240 (timed delivery) = $539.99.
