3 Easy Ways to make a claim
Be sure to include your invoice and ACK# (serial number) to expedite your claim process. If you’ve purchased the Extended Concierge Service Plan, contact us within 14 days of noticing any accidental stains or applicable covered issue.
A service concierge will be happy to respond within 24-48 hours. Attach a photo if available to assist us.
