Nicole is the Designer for La-Z-Boy Furniture Richmond, bringing over 20 years of experience in interior design and consulting. With formal training from the Interior Design program at BCIT and a strong background in residential design, she specialize in creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and uniquely personal.
Throughout Nicole’s career, she has worked extensively with soft and hard furnishings — from custom furniture, fabrics, and window treatments to lighting, flooring, accessories, and art. With the years of design consulting with some of Vancouver’s top mid-to-high-end retailers allowed her to build strong industry connections and a deep understanding of quality, style, and value — resources she now bring to every La-Z-Boy project.

Hedi is an accomplished Interior Designer whose journey into the world of design began with a passion for artistic expression. She has a solid foundation in Art which began in her high school career. She further continued her skills and expertise by completing the Interior Design program at BCIT.
She started with the company in 2022 with her vast knowledge in design and a great understanding of the furniture industry. Her favorite part of the process is collaborating with the customer to turn their design visions into a reality. Hedi truly believes teamwork is what makes the difference between a well-designed space and a beautifully designed space.
Hedi utilizes a blend of sketching techniques and software like AutoCAD and 3D rendering to bring aesthetically appealing designs with practicality.

She has a talent of visualizing the end result after working with a client. She helps the client visualize the concept by using tools like sketches, samples, mood boards, and AutoCAD. She describes her personal style as “Classic Elegance” – timeless and unbound to trends. Her time in India studying textiles compliments her experience as a Colour Consultant making her an expert in the space.

Kenji received his interior design education from BCIT in 2006, before joining the design team at La-Z-Boy, he worked as a senior designer overseeing multiple design projects.
Sophisticated and trendy, Kenji favours contemporary and classic looks. He loves to combine traditional room elements, establishing strong function with accent pieces from today’s artistic styles, bringing life and comfort together. Think simple, with a soft yet vibrant flair.
