How to Submit a Claim

There are 3 easy ways to contact your warranty concierge to make a service claim. Have your invoice number readily available and do one of the following within 14 days of noticing an accidental stain or applicable covered issue if you purchased the extended concierge service plan. If not we can still help! Follow the steps below to get in touch with us! 

    1. For your convenience, email us at [email protected]. To assist us in responding as quick as possible, please share your question or concern with us, including photos if available. We will be pleased to respond to you within 24 to 48 hours maximum.

    2. Reach our concierge Monday to Friday by telephone at 1-800-661-7313 ext. 271. Your personal concierge will be more than pleased to assist you.

    3. To submit your claim, you may also visit our webpage: You will be contacted by the next regular business day by your concierge.
