Love Potion
In a cocktail shaker, combine 3 ounces gin, 1 ounce lime juice, and 1 ounce elderflower liquor. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain cocktail over ice in a cocktail glass and top with 5 ounces rosé champagne.

Rose Aperol Spritz
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add 1 ounce Aperol, 2 ounces simple syrup, 2 ounces sparkling rosé, and then 1 ounce grapefruit juice. Feel free to garnish with a grapefruit peel “rose.”

Love Buzz
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1½ ounces Absolut Original, ½ ounce crème de cacao, 1 ounce raspberry puree, and 1 part room-temperature espresso. Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cocoa shavings.

Be My Galentine
Combine ½ ounce amaretto and 1½ ounces cherry cocktail juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with 3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Red Moscato. Stir gently and garnish with cherries.

Grapefruit Tequila Mojito
Place 6 to 10 fresh mint leaves in a sturdy glass. Squeeze in juice from 1 lime and use a muddler to gently crush the mint. Stir in 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice, 2 tablespoons simple syrup, and 1½ ounces tequila, and strain if desired. Add 1 cup ice and ⅓ cup seltzer water. Garnish the glass with a mint spring and a lime wedge.
